Trouble Shooting i-drop®
I can't drag-and-drop into my Autodesk® application.
  • Make sure i-drop® is installed on your computer.
  • Make sure you're running a Microsoft Internet Explore 5.x or better browser on Windows 98 or better operating system.
  • Make sure you're draging-and-dropping the i-drop® item in the profile pop-up window, not the main browser window. The profile pop-up window will launch when you click on the profile image in the moulding selection guide.
I can't install i-drop® on my computer.
  • After clicking on the "Install i-drop" link, be sure to open(run) the file from it's current location and follow the on-screen instructions for installation.
  • Make sure your browser security settings allow for ActiveX controls. To change security settings, select Tools, Internet Options, Security(tab), Custom Level(button) and select "Enabled" or "Prompt" options for ActiveX settings.
I still can't get i-drop® to work on my computer.
